One of the best parts of ADPA is getting together with people who truly understand what it takes to lead a dive program, and Training Day gives us the chance to learn from one another, work through real challenges, and bring new ideas back to our teams.
This year’s workshops reflect the work we do every day: keeping divers safe, supporting our teams, maintaining equipment, managing data, strengthening rescue readiness, and continually improving our programs. Whether you’re earning a new instructor credential, sharpening a specific skill, or simply learning alongside colleagues you trust, there’s something valuable for everyone here.
